Veal with Green Noodles
Veal With Green Noodles is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. veal, cut in 1-inch cubes, 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, chopped and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown veal in butter in ovenproof skillet.
Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook until onion is tender.
Blend in flour.
Add brandy and ignite.
When flame subsides, add broth.
Cover; bake in a 400Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Add mushrooms, water chestnuts and cream.
Stir until blended.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over hot noodles.
