Vegetable Noodle Casserole
Vegetable Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. egg noodles, uncooked, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. coarsely chopped fresh broccoli, 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper and 3 tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Saute celery, onion, green pepper and broccoli in oil until tender.
Stir in milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter; bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
