Whole Wheat Crepes
Whole Wheat Crepes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. oil and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine ingredients in bowl.
Beat with rotary beater until blended.
Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.
Remove from heat.
Spoon in about 2 tablespoons batter.
Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.
Return to heat.
Brown on one side.
Or cook on inverted crepe pan.
Invert pan over paper toweling.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Makes 16 to 18 crepes.
Grease skillet occasionally.
