Mix the first 6 ingredients together until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and powdered ammonia; mix in the egg mixture.
Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Roll out and cut with cookie cutter.
Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes until light brown.
Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
