Aunt Milly's Blueberry Muffins
Aunt Milly'S Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/4 c. vegetable oil or melted shortening, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 400Β° (moderate hot).
Grease bottom of muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
Beat egg with fork.
Stir in milk and oil.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Stir in flour until moistened.
(Batter should be lumpy.)
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Blend in one cup of well-drained blueberries before filling cups.
Makes 12 muffins or 8 small muffins.
