Tomatoes; cut out stem end and scoop out center, leaving thick wall.
Sprinkle inside of cups with celery salt and sugar and fill with baked beans.
Butter a shallow baking pan and set filled tomatoes in it.
Place 1 slices of bacon across tomato bake until bacon is crisp; at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Scooped out centers can be stewed and seasoned with salt, prepared mustard and a little sugar. Strain and serve as a sauce around baked tomatoes.
