Baked Sour Cream Tacos
Baked Sour Cream Tacos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 corn tortillas, oil, 1 chopped onion, 1 to 2 big cans tomatoes and salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Fry tortillas in very hot oil, not long because you have to be able to roll them.
Set aside.
Wilt onion in oil.
Add tomatoes and salsa (and peppers if you like).

Pour remaining sauce over tacos.
