Sprinkle brisket with salt, pepper, onion salt and garlic salt.

In large Pyrex dish, put Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.

Lay meat side down in mixture, cover with foil and marinate overnight.

Cook in slow oven at 275Β° for 5 hours. Uncover and add your favorite prepared barbecue sauce; spread evenly over top of brisket.

Cook 1 hour more, uncovered.

Remove from oven and cool before slicing.

To thicken sauce, mix flour in water, add to sauce and cook until slightly thick.
