Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef top round steak, 1 1/2 c. broccoli (1-inch size), 3 medium carrots, 1 tsp. cornstarch and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Slice beef very thin in bite size strips.
Add cooking oil to preheated hot wok (high heat).
Stir-fry broccoli, carrots and onion in hot oil for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Remove from wok.
Add more oil, if necessary, before stir-frying the beef strips (fry only 1/2 of the portion of beef strips at a time) in hot oil (high heat) for 2 to 3 minutes.
Return all meat to wok. Add peas, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
