Chicken and Mushroom Quesadillas

Cook mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter until tender
Add green onions and chicken and mix well
Butter one side of a tortilla
I place mine butter side down on my George Foreman grill, but you can also place the tortilla in a large frying pan
Place half of chicken mixture on tortilla
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and Season-All
Place another buttered tortilla on top (butter side up)
Close grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or if pan-frying, brown on one side, flip (good luck!) and brown the other side
Use remaining tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese to cook another quesadilla
Cut quesadillas into wedges with a pizza cutter and serve with sour cream.
