Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned, 4 slices turkey ham, 4 slices swiss cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Flatten chicken breasts between 2 sheets of wax paper to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Place 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese on each breast.
Roll up, beginning with long side. Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Serves 4.
