Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry
Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken thighs, 1 qt. water, 2 pkg. ramen noodles, 1/4 c. oil and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Debone chicken. Cut meat into bite size pieces. (Save skin and bones for broth.)
Bring water to a boil; add noodles.
Set aside flavor packets.
Cook noodles 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In large skillet over medium heat, stir-fry onion and garlic until onion is clear. Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is cooked, about 6 minutes.
Push to side of pan. Add to center of pan the carrots, celery and contents of flavor packets. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add cabbage and stir-fry all ingredients about 2 minutes. Add noodles and broth, stirring until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve with chow mein noodles as garnish.
