Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips, 1 c. broccoli flowerets, 1 c. very thin carrot strips, 1/2 c. onion, chopped and 1 can condensed cream of broccoli soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spray nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
Heat 1 minute.
Stir-fry chicken in two batches until browned.
Remove from skillet and remove skillet from heat.
Spray skillet with cooking spray.
Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender crisp. Add soup, water, soy sauce and ginger; heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Heat through.
Serve over rice.
