Chili Sauce
Chili Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 30 medium tomatoes, 2 small hot peppers, 2 c. onions, 3 1/2 c. green peppers and 4 stalks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Skin and chop tomatoes; place in large pot.
Finely chop onions, green peppers, hot peppers and celery.
Add to tomatoes. Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
Tie allspice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, paprika and celery seed in a cheesecloth bag.
Heat mixture to boiling; lower heat and simmer for several hours, until desired thickness.
As mixture thickens, stir.
