Chinese Lo Mein
Chinese Lo Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 16 oz. choice pork loin (beef chuck or flank) or chicken breasts, 2 lb. chinese flat fresh noodles (wet or dry) or 1 lb. pennsylvania dutch egg noodles (dry), 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts, washed and drained, 2 (8 oz.) cans bean sprouts, drained and 2 or 3 stalks fresh scallion, chopped 1/8 to 1/4-inch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preparation of Noodles
Bring water to a boil and place noodles in water and boil 5 to 8 minutes stirring occasionally.
Do not overcook.
