Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3/4 c. ground walnuts, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, sugar and 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Knead with hand in a small bowl graham cracker crumbs, ground walnuts, 4 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons sugar until blended.
Press crumb mixture onto bottom and half way up side of a 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter until smooth.
Add orange peel, almond extract, eggs and 1/2 cup sugar; beat until well blended, occasionally scraping bowl with a rubber spatula.
Fold in chocolate pieces.
Spoon into pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Cool and cover; refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
To serve, carefully remove side of pan from cheese cake.
Serves about 16 (approximately 380 calories).
