Cocktail Party Pâté
Cocktail Party Pâté is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. liverwurst, 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine (room temperature), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 1/4 c. minced onion and 1/2 c. minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix in electric food processor fitted with steel knife.
Liverwurst until softened.
Add butter and cream cheese and blend until light and fluffy. Add parsley, onion, brandy and curry powder. Add salt and pepper.
Spoon into serving container. Cover and chill.
Serve with crudites and assorted crackers.
