Cream of Mushroom Soup(Low-Fat)
Cream Of Mushroom Soup(Low-Fat) is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 tsp. oil, 4 cans mushrooms and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Add oil to a medium saucepan and saute onions and garlic until onions are translucent.
Add mushrooms and 1/4 cup flour.
Add water, bouillon cubes, bay leaf, pepper and salt.
Let it come to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add skim milk, then mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water and add to soup. Cook until thickened.
