Danish Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/4 c. milk, 3/4 c. sifted flour, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat eggs until thick & lemon colored.
Stir in milk.
Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; mixing until smooth.
Drop in small amounts (1 Tbsp. for 3 inch cake) into moderate hot buttered griddle.
Spread batter to make thin cakes.
