Deluxe Peach Ice Cream
Deluxe Peach Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. mashed peaches, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine peaches and 1 cup sugar; stir well and set aside. Beat eggs until frothy.
Combine next 3 ingredients; stir well. Gradually add to eggs; beat until thick.
Add milk; mix well. Pour into a large saucepan; cook on low, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set pan in cold water; stir gently until cool.
Stir in whipping cream and vanilla.
Add peaches, stirring well.
Pour mixture into 1 gallon freezer container; freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Let ripen at least 1 hour before serving.
