Cut rhubarb into small pieces.
Mix the sugar, cornstarch and eggs (reserve the white of 1 egg).
Add the rhubarb and bake custard style on pie crust, in medium hot oven at 350Β°.
When finished and pie is cool, beat egg white until stiff.
Add powdered sugar and mix until peaks form.
Place this on top of pie and return to oven and brown.
