Egg Noodles Mom Made is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. ground sage, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. onion powder (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift dry ingredients, make a hole in the center.
Add egg and stir from center with fork until mixed completely.
Roll out on well floured board.
Use plenty of flour because it will be sticky.
Cut in strips for noodles or squares for dumplings.

Boil in rich broth until tender.
