Fresh Peach Ice Cream

Combine peaches and 3/4 cup sugar in blender or food processor.
Process until finely chopped.
Combine remaining 2 1/4 cups sugar, flour and salt in a Dutch oven.
Stir in milk, evaporated milk and eggs.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 10 minutes, until thickened.
Stir in peaches and flavorings.
Pour mixture into ice cream freezer and freeze.
