German Oven Pancake
German Oven Pancake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sifted flour, 3 slightly beaten eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Gradually add flour to eggs, beating with rotary beater.
Stir in milk, melted butter or margarine and salt.
Thoroughly grease a 9 or 10-inch ovenproof skillet.
Pour batter into cold skillet; bake in very hot oven (450Β°) for about 20 minutes.
Loosen pancake from skillet with wide spatula; cut into wedges.
Serve with syrup.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
