Golden Turkey Enchiladas
Golden Turkey Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 flour tortillas, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. chopped green onions and 1/4 c. chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine soup, sour cream, chilies and salt. Reserve 3/4 cup sauce and mix the rest with the turkey or chicken and 1/2 cup cheese.
Slightly fry the tortillas in heated oil, one at a time. Fill while still hot with meat mixture.
Roll and place seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine reserved sauce with milk and pour over tortillas.
Bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350Β°. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions while hot.
