Grandma's Meatball Soup
Grandma'S Meatball Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 4 carrots, cut in small pieces, salt and pepper to taste and 3 celery stalks, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Roll ground chuck into small meatballs.
Put in a stock pot with 6 cups water; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 to 45 minutes; then add all other ingredients and cook over low heat until all vegetables are tender (approximately 30 minutes).
