Hamburger Supreme By Danish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 medium onions, chopped fine, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine ground beef, onions, salt, pepper and eggs.
Mix well and shape into patties about 3/4-inch thick.
Roll in flour and brown on both sides in hot vegetable oil.
Remove patties when brown and pour off all but 3 to 4 tablespoons of fat.
Add flour to fat (may add some salt and pepper, if desired).
Mix well.
Add milk and mushroom soup; stir until thick.
Return patties to pan and cook 15 minutes longer, or place in casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
