Homemade Pretzels
Homemade Pretzels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/2 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix yeast and water in bowl.
Add sugar and table salt.
Add flour and mix.
Knead dough until smooth.
Cut off pieces and make into shapes (not too thick, nor too thin).
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Brush egg on top of pretzels (cover entire top). Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
