Italian Meatballs
Italian Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground pork, 2 lb. lean ground round, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 c. romano cheese and 2 or 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix the meat, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and seasonings. Season to taste.
When mixing all together, add cold water, approximately 1/4 cup.
Mix well and form into balls.
Grease large baking pan with olive oil.
