Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. polish sausage or kielbasa, 2 c. ham, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 c. chicken and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute sausage and ham in butter for 5 minutes. Add chicken and brown sugar; cook 5 more minutes.
Add celery, bell pepper, onion; cook 5 minutes more.
Add all spices and saute 1 minute. Mix in tomatoes and garlic.
Cook for an additional minute or two. Combine everything with chicken stock and rice in a Dutch oven. Cook at 350Β° for 1 hour or until all liquid has been absorbed.
