La Crepe Francaise
La Crepe Francaise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 large eggs or 3 small eggs and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place flour and eggs in mixing bowl.
Add salt and sugar; mix well.
When ingredients get too heavy to mix, add milk and mix well.
Add vanilla and melted butter; mix well.
Cover bowl; let stand for 1 hour.
Using heated skillet or pan, use a small amount of Crisco to grease pan.
When pan is hot (not too hot), spread pancake mix in pan and brown both sides (golden brown only). Serve with warm maple syrup.
