Oven Apple Pancakes
Oven Apple Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. flour, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. sugar and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 500Β°. Melt 3/4 stick butter in cookie sheet on 2 burners on top of stove.
Slice peeled apples thinly into melted butter.
Cook until transparent.
Mix milk, flour, eggs, sugar and salt.
Pour batter over apples.
When cake has raised (about 5 minutes), remove from oven and powder with cinnamon and sugar and dot with remaining butter.
Return to oven to brown (another 5 minutes).
Cut into squares to serve.
Sprinkle with lemon juice before eating.
