Pork Roast Barbecue
Pork Roast Barbecue is an impressive grilled dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin, c. water, c. vinegar, c. catsup and c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place roast fat side up in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Insert meat thermometer (not touching bone or fat).
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour over roast.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until thermometer reaches 170°, basting frequently with pan drippings.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with remaining sauce.
