Pork Sausage and Sauerkraut
Pork Sausage and Sauerkraut is a baked casserole with browned sausage patties, drained sauerkraut sweetened with brown sugar, buttered noodles, beef broth, celery seed, and crisp crumbs. It is hearty, savory, and built for a family supper.
Form the pork sausage into 12 patties and brown them on both sides.
Cook the noodles in boiling water according to the package directions, then drain.

Mix the sauerkraut with the brown sugar and celery seed, then spread it over the noodles.
Arrange the browned sausage patties on top.
