Quick Chow Mein
Quick Chow Mein is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. sliced celery, 1 c. green pepper strips, 1/2 c. sliced onion and 1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In hot butter in large skillet, cook celery, green pepper and onion about 5 minutes.
Add sprouts, bouillon, soy sauce and meat, mixing until well combined.
Bring to boiling.
Remove from heat. Combine corn starch with 1 tablespoon cold water until smooth. Slowly stir into mixture.
Bring to boil; boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
