Sausage Jambalaya
Sausage Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. long grain rice, 2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced thin, louisiana hot sauce to taste, salt to taste and oil (to saute onion), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and bell pepper in oil; add garlic, parsley, tomato sauce and 2 cups water, then add rice.
Add smoked sausage and enough water to cover about 1-inch ingredients.
Cook on medium heat until most of juice is gone, then cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
