Sesame Stir-Fry
Sesame Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 medium onion, cut in thin wedges, 1 c. broccoli florets and 1 small zucchini or yellow squash, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic and onion 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms.
Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add water chestnuts and tomatoes; heat through.
Add Molly McButter; stir until melted in.
Sprinkle with sesame seed, basil and pepper to taste.
Makes 4 (2 cup) servings.
