Shrimp Stir-Fry

Peel and devein shrimp; combine soy sauce, sherry, ketchup, sugar and pepper.
Heat oil in wok or skillet.
Add garlic; stir-fry for 30 seconds; remove garlic.

Add onion, celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
