Sour Cream Cheesecake
Sour Cream Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and cut into pieces, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Line a 9-inch layer cake pan with graham cracker crumbs.
Put eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream in blender; cover and blend for 15 seconds on "Liquify" setting.
With blender still running, remove cover and gradually add cheese pieces and melted butter. Pour cheese mixture into prepared crust and bake in preheated oven at 325Β° for 35 minutes or until set in center.
Filling will be very soft, but will firm up as the cake cools.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
Spread Comstock cherry pie filling (or other topping of your choice).
