Spinach Noodles
Spinach Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour or more if needed, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 egg yolks, 1 c. cooked sieved spinach (fresh or frozen) and water (if needed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Knead together well. Divide dough into 4 parts and knead each part.
Roll thin and place to dry slightly.
Place layers on top of each other with a thin layer of flour between them.
Cut as you would noodles, wide, not fine.
