Steamed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. pkg. mushrooms, fresh ground pepper, 1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 to 3 cans beer of your choice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash mushrooms and put in large stock pot.
Pour beer over mushrooms and cook on low heat, covered, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring frequently.
You may add in lemon juice and more beer as needed, always keeping about an inch of liquid in pan.
Season with fresh ground pepper.
