Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 tsp. olive oil, 2 sweet italian sausage, 5 tbsp. flavored bread crumbs and 1 tsp. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a frying pan, gently brown minced garlic in olive oil. Remove sausage meat from casing, crumble meat and fry also. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and egg.
Add cooked sausage.
Wash mushrooms quickly.
Remove stems.
Fill caps nicely with stuffing.
Place them in a baking pan lined with foil.
Add a little chicken stock to bottom of pan (5 to 6 tablespoons).
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
