Taco Filled Peppers
Taco Filled Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, 1 c. salsa and 4 medium green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
Stir in taco seasoning, beans (rinsed and drained) and salsa.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Cut peppers from top to bottom. Remove seeds and stems.
Immerse peppers in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain.
Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture into each pepper shell.
Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with tomato, cheese and sour cream.
