Turkey Casserole(Low-Fat)
Turkey Casserole(Low-Fat) is an moderately easy healthy dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 28 minutes. Made with c. macaroni, c. frozen peas, c. onion, c. celery and cream of mushroom soup (healthy choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook macaroni and drain.
Cook peas, onion and celery in microwave, about 6 minutes to steam tender.
Add all ingredients (except cheese) to macaroni and stir.
If mixture appears too dry, add 1/2 cup water.
Place ingredients in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Cover with cheese, broken into pieces and spread evenly over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
(Tuna and chicken can be used also.)
Can be made ahead of time and baked later.
