Zucchini Crescent Quiche
Zucchini Crescent Quiche is an impressive breakfast dish you can prepare in about 2 hours 2 minutes. Heat oven to 375°.
In 10-inch skillet, cook zucchini and onion in margarine until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in parsley and seasonings.

Place in ungreased quiche pan (or pie pan).
Press over bottom and up the sides to form crust.
