Barbecue Brisket
Barbecue Brisket is an easy dinner. Made with 1 beef brisket, fat trimmed off, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt and 1 bottle figaro liquid smoke, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
The night before cooking, trim excess fat off both sides of brisket.
Sprinkle both sides with the three seasonings; place in large baking pan and pour Liquid Smoke over top.
Cover with plastic wrap and foil; refrigerate overnight.
Six hours before serving, remove plastic wrap and re-cover with foil.
Place in preheated oven at 300° for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
Remove from oven and pour off marinade.
Slice with electric knife across the grain. Place back in pan.
Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over meat. Re-cover with foil; place back in the oven at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until sauce is warm.
