Beef Enchiladas With Green Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Cook ground round until browned.
Add seasoning.
Mix together beef, Cheddar cheese, eggs, onion, rice and chilies.
Set aside. Pour 1 can sauce into shallow pan; dip tortillas into sauce and fill with beef mixture and roll up and put into a greased baking dish.
Cover enchiladas with other can of sauce and more grated cheese.
Bake in oven for approximately 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
