Beef Stir-Fry
Beef Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cornstarch and 1/4 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Trim fat steak.
Across grain into strips. Combine water, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. Set aside.
Coat wok or skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high for 2 minutes.
Stir-fry about 3 minutes.
Remove meat.
Place onion, celery, mushrooms, pepper and water chestnuts to pan drippings in wok.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add meat, broccoli and snow peas.
Cover and reduce heat to medium.
Simmer minutes.
Stir in soy sauce mixture.
Medium, stirring constantly until bubbly. Serve over hot rice.
