Black and White Enchiladas
Black And White Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 boiled chicken, boiled and chopped, equal amount hamburger, browned well done, 1 pkg. corn tortillas, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix chicken and hamburger together and set aside.
Mix soup, broth, sour cream, chilies and onion together.
Heat this mixture over low heat until smooth and very warm but not boiling.
Using hot oil, quickly heat tortillas 6 to 7 seconds on each side.
Put meat on tortilla.
Cover with some sauce.
Add small amount of cheese.
Roll and place seam side down in pan.
After all are done, pour remaining sauce over all and add a layer of cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese has melted good, 15 to 20 minutes.
