Blueberry Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 3/4 c. buttermilk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, separated and 1 c. blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Separate eggs.
Beat egg whites; set in refrigerator.
Mix dry ingredients.
Gradually add milk, oil and eggs.
Add blueberries last, then fold in egg whites (should be very stiff), folding by hand, not mixing.
